Data Deletion Instructions
Effective: September 30, 2026
Applicants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with VINE AI Recruiting, including recruiting information received through Facebook Messenger where applicable.
Who handles the request
Operates the verified application infrastructure used for authorized platform integrations.
Handles applicant communication, recruiting records, and privacy requests associated with the recruiting service.
How to request deletion
- Email us. Send a message to customer_relations@vinesolutions.net with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Identify the recruiting interaction. Include your full name and, when applicable, the Facebook Page or recruiting company you contacted, the approximate date of the Messenger conversation, and the email address or phone number you provided during the application process.
- Do not send passwords. Never send Facebook passwords, login codes, banking credentials, or other authentication secrets. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to your applicant record.
- We review the request. After reasonable verification, we will locate information under our control that is associated with the recruiting service and process the applicable access, correction, or deletion request.
- We confirm completion. We will provide a response or confirmation through the contact information associated with the verified request.
What may be deleted
Depending on the recruiting interaction and systems involved, a verified deletion request may cover applicant contact details, application information, recruiting notes, communication history, Messenger-derived recruiting records, interview coordination records, and other personal information stored in VINE or authorized backend systems.
Information that may need to be retained
Some limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, audit or recordkeeping requirements, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. When information cannot be deleted immediately for one of these reasons, access may be restricted where appropriate.
Facebook and Meta data
For information received through Facebook, Messenger, or Meta platform integrations, VINE Solutions, VINE AI Recruiting, and Sync2VA Online Learning Corp. process deletion requests for data under their control in accordance with applicable Meta permissions and Meta Platform Terms.
A request to VINE does not necessarily delete information independently controlled by Facebook/Meta, the recruiting client, or another third party. Applicants may need to use the privacy tools or request procedures provided by those organizations for data they control separately.
