Vertical 04 · Payroll readiness
Resolve timekeeping exceptions before they become payroll problems.
VINE monitors approved timekeeping records, identifies exceptions, follows up on missing information, and prepares timecards for client review before payroll cutoff. Client leadership keeps final approval over time-record changes, disciplinary decisions, and payroll.
What VINE handles
- Monitor employee time records in ADP according to the agreed service schedule.
- Compare approved time records with operational source records, including Amazon Flex activity when authorized and available.
- Identify missing punches, incomplete punches, late clock-ins, early clock-outs, duplicate punches, and other timekeeping discrepancies.
- Monitor absences, tardiness, break issues, and attendance exceptions under client-approved procedures.
- Follow up on discrepancies and track whether each exception is pending, corrected, approved, or escalated.
- Prepare pre-payroll exception reports and track timecard completion before payroll cutoff.

Important service boundary
VINE does not independently change a time record without required authorization, does not make disciplinary decisions, and does not provide legal or wage-and-hour advice.
